My Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This book is everything we wish our high school experience was like. Full of angst, drama, mystery, and illicit activities, Misfit has everything that will keep you turning the pages.
It has fully fleshed relationships, both familial and romantic, as well as the typical antagonistic bullies. At times it is tragic and emotional, and I felt so deeply for everything that the characters have gone through.
You’ll fall in love with every single one of these characters, and there is a full cast.
I loved getting all the different points of view. It really allowed me to get to know everyone on a deeper level and it made me feel like I was a part of the group.
The banter between RJ and Sloane is to die for. And, what can I say, I’m just a sucker for the broody loner type.
I’m hooked into the mystery of Casey’s accident and the cliffhanger has me immediately going to get the next book in this series!
This is a must-read and I can totally stand behind the hype for this one.
